Neeed mouse heeeeelpplease

Hello my beloved ET lovers, let's make love.

I'm in need of a suggestions from some very knowledgable people that come to crossfire.nu (preferably the super intelligent - polish genius namenejm as I valid his opinion very mucho) about a new mouse, since I broke my lovely Zowie EC2 eVo like 4months ago in a rage encounter with russian cunts in CSGO matchmaking.

Mouse/mice history
  • SS Sensei
  • Intelli 3.0
  • Zowie EC2 eVo


I'm really curious about what mouse do you have and what kind of experience (with the mouse, not anything sexual please)

I was thinking about getting either
  • Zowie EC1-A
  • SteelSeries Rival


I need it to be a bit bigger than the EC2 or Sensei as those things are too small for my manly hands(only manly part about me apart from my farts)...

Any suggestions? Roccat mouse? Logitech(BLEH) mouse?

I also noticed there is like Zowie ZA[XX] mouse on the market - or variation of it with like 3 different numbers, same mouse - different shape, right?

I've always wanted to give it a try as I've only heard good things about it, but on the other hand so many people say it broke for them fairly quickly :(

well well, its pretty much which suits to your hand best nowadays(out of those gaming mice which been said above), and ofc your mousepad

just get the one you like, razer da suits my hand well and its been alive for 3 straight years now i guess

well, with mice nowadays it's all about ergonomics, how it fits into your hand. I don't really believe into that "sensor here sensor there" stuff :p

well of course the sensors matter, but today's gaming mice.. there is not much difference on titels such as razer da, steelseries rival, zowie ec evo whatever, its idd how the mouse fits to your hand :D

you contradict yourself slightly and I am uncertain of what your point was :D do you or do you not agree, that the difference between sensors is so small, that it doesn't even matter which one you have?

There is a difference, not a huge one - so it almost doesn't matter and you should pick mouse whether it fits your hand or not.

If you had EC2 and now you want to buy EC1, id say its pretty pointless since its basically the same mouse (sensor) but in different shape. I have Zowie AM and i consider buying something from SteelSeries because ive heard they have the best sensors for CS:GO

Ec1 Has avago 3090. Ec1-A got newer sensor pixart 3310. This sensor u can find in zowie fk1,fk2,za11,za12,za13, ec1-a, ec2-a and also in several mouses of other brands, i.e. ss rival. It is really good piece of work, Great performance, so don't hesitate to buy on of these. If u r saying that ec2 is too small, I recommend zowie ec1-a or rival.

On the other hand, there is DA which is not the newest position on the market, but still really enjoyable.

There are also Logitech mouses, with even theoretically better sensors and also for palm grip and ur fully men hands.

Few words about zowies ZA. It is the newest seria of mouses from zowie, got the best sensor u can find in zowie products (mentioned 3310) and is the answer to gamers feedbacks about earlier mouses from fk seria. Got 3 shapes: ZA13=fk2014/2013/fk2 and is the smallest one, za12=fk1 shape and ZA11 which is the biggest one (lil bit similar to sensei/xai shape in case of size). The biggest difference to old fk1/fk2 series are changed switches, which were too stiff for many people, and 3 sizes of very similar/the same shape.

For further help, wait for some response from nejm, he can give u some suggestions and also tell more about logitech/roccat mouses. Anyway, gl!

I STILL RECOMMEND TO BUY THE ONE THAT FITS TO YOUR HAND BEST :D AND ALSO KEEP ON EYE ON THE MOUSE "SKATES", SO THEY DO NOT WORN OUT SO QUICKLY MAYBE OR SOMETHING :D FUCKING NEWSCHOOLERS WHO DO NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MICE KLOLNOOBS

DA optical. although i do hate their software you have to keep running otherwise polling rate goes back to 125hz. disable the razer game scanner that comes as free snoopware with driver.
Roccat Pyra sux, leaks glue used under rubber pads, Kone model a bit better.
For big/heavy mice need to use smoother mousepads otherwise hard to make small movements. light/small mice better with more friction mousepad. bastards never let you try mouse in store so you have to buy it by looks alone, ridiculous.
