alive = the server is still online and paid
-> to revive a server like efterlyst you need a server, someone who is willing to pay for it and players
-> for hirnlos you only need players
and if you don't like the settings of hirnlos you can make a post at the forum to change them, they are open for any suggestion that might bring some activity back
