I think the problem is on teamspeak and ingame (csgo), other ppl suddenly hear you bad 'like in the distance', and a bit deeper in voice somehow. (balls haven't dropped yet)
In setup wizzard from ts, you can hear yourself just like before.

Perhaps there's something wrong with your registry files due to those cheats?

trust me, the only logical explanation for this is that you fell into a wormhole. i know this due to the fact that i am a scientist.
