Mouse freezes when key pressed

Hey there,

I've recently downloaded ET and started playing it again, after a huge break I had from it.

The computer is still the same, hasn't been formated nor anything, the mouse is some crap I bought on a chinese store, but works fine, and has always done its job. However, when I'm playing ET, there has been happening this issue: if I'm not pressing any keyboard key, the mouse runs smooth and normally, but if I press any key, like to walk, it just freezes, and moves like I'm lagging or something, which makes it impossible to play.

Do you know why would this happen? Haven't tried a different mouse yet, since I don't have one, and don't really wanna buy one if I figure out the problem is not with the mouse. Already played with the basic mouse settings Windows (7) has, and didn't really solved anything. What could it be?

Always played with those kind of mouses, bought on Chinese stores, and doesn't really seems logical to be a problem with the mouse itself, but more with some configuration, either of Windows or even the game.

Just tested it with a different mouse, actually an wireless mouse, and the problem's still there. Just noticed that it happens with every key, not just AWDS etc. Also tried re-installing ET, played with the initial .cfg, tested again with my own, and it still happened.

Any ideas?
