I remember at LAN I had to up my sensitivity by like 3x otherwise I would constantly bump into savage who was sitting to my right.

I remembered a little wrong :p but the lower sens is 1.1 @ 90FOV which I normally only used for quite long range so didn't really need to move quick. like this & this

the 1.4 @ 120FOV I can do comfortable 90 degrees with a small wrist arc and 180 with a full arc. I normally lift/flick to turn around though. like this & this
