So, following Timbolina's post about arm/wrist aiming, the community's big question is... MOUSE GRIP!
Since everybody likes to talk about themselves... What is your mousegrip?

Palm grip. Middle finger on scroll and just the little finger holding the mouse on the right.

Proper penis 45° angle grip (got used to it since I can't properly move my wrist cuz of stuck bone after a fracture :( )
