Me and a friend had to make a promotional video for ASSET (university organization) and had so much fun that we decided to undertake another project. Our very own Red Bull Commercial! (containing Red Bull and GoPro footage)

So you've taken videos that were used in commercials for GoPro and Redbull, cut them and put them together to create your commercial? :D

Congratulations, you can read! (It contains footage of videos on the Red Bull page and some of GoPro. Trailers, chapters (long videos), tv commercials, etc.)

The videos aren't mine, I think that is clear. Only the layout/concept of the commercial is and the creativity regarding music with the images (synchronization).

But Red Bull videos already feature fancy editing, hip music and slo-mo synchronisations - you'd have to be completely familiar with the "raw" footage to see the difference. Isn't it a better idea to edit actual raw footage to practice and show off your skills?

I know that you're a troller dude. You aren't exactly secretive about it on your profile. My tip to you is to not make it that obvious since it kind of takes away the "does he mean it or is he just trolling" - effect. You are a fucking newschooler I agree. I remember the good 'ol times when crossfire had decent trollers like Kamz. Atleast they knew what to do to make people mad. So yeah, choke on a candy stick during Christmas or w/e ;)

That's definetely true! I mean I have a certain idea with that song only my thing is more or less to edit (almost) everything to the music. And in that case too much is going on. Unless you want to make something like Interlude, which is pretty cool too but maybe a bit too soon for the regular crowd, who probably aren't ready for such flashy awesomeness :)

As you can see even interlude is not 100% synced. Fredd did a great job however (synced more than most videos would with such music)

I like the idea behind you thoughts, maybe you should try to take rough footage and edit/cut it yourself.

We did that with most of the videos :) Many of them were long YouTube videos where we chose an exact frame set to edit/cut and then we put it in the commercial. We also did a lot with slomotion and fastforward effects.
