Hello!
So bought a few pc parts and tried to install them, here's whats happening:
At first I cleared the cmos cause it was asking for password. Since then
I turn my PC on, I get black screen and that's it. I can't enter bios, can't do anything
My vga is working fine, since the integrated one @ the mobo gives me the same result.
Tried to use only 1 ram stick in different slots, nothing.
Remove the vga.
Removed the battery from mobo.
Cleared cmos many times.
What else can I do?
Here's my setup:
i5-4460
R9 280x 3GB
HyperX Beast 2x4gb 1866Mhz
Gigabyte Z97-hd3
Xilence Performance 530W
Please help.

nothing new
I would recommend you the same as Merlinator has told you here: http://www.crossfire.nu/journals/154912/pc-help#c4451193
Above all replace the PCI components, would be your last choice. Something I don't do myself.
Anyway, why was there a password? Stole a pc, or what?
eot.
What is this ? :/

Antec VPF ( not VP, but VPF is fine), Corsair ( no CX), Coolermaster (V series), Super Flower (Leadex), Seasonic (G-series or better), EVGA SuperNova (made by Super Flower), XFX(made by Seasonic), Be quiet straight power( no System Power or Pure Power)
Super Flower Leadex Platinum 550W, Corsair RM550x, Cooler Master V550 Semi-Modular Cooler Master V Series V550 or the Antec VPF Series 550W ( a bit less quality compared to the others, but it won't destroy hardware and has mainly Japanese capacitors)
reset bios
try 600w 80bronze plus
done the bios reset
psu is fine
i got it working already
