Administrator issue

Hello crossfire,

Since 2 days I got an issue with running any programs administrator. I was hoping one of you could help me out.

Whenever I try to open a program as administrator, I usually was able to choose between the options "allow" or "disallow". These two options seem to have to have disappeared out of nowhere. This prevents me to run any program as administrator. I couldn't solve the problem with google, because it kept referring me to problems of people who could not run the administrator option at all, which is not the case here.

I uploaded a picture of the problem. I usually had the two options available where I have put my mouse on the screen.



Around the moment this issue occurred, I also received the following warning when starting my PC:
"Can file of assembly MOM.Implementation or one of the dependence not load. The system can't find the specified file."

However, I don't think this error has anything to do with my problem.
