ET on Macbook, but on Windows 8.1

Hello Guys,

I was thinking about to Play ET again.. I played it in the years 2003-2008, 2010... Now i have a Macbook Retina 2015 and installed with Bootcamp Windows 8 on it.

After I installed ET from this page "How to Play ET in 2015" I can enter the game.... BUT.... The Resolution is very strange..
The Screen is showing me only the half of the game, like i would Need a 2nd Monitor to Display the game... I allready changed the Resolution in the config but it doesn't help... i get a better a view when I put the Resolution in the menu in the mode of a wide Screen, but there is also missing a part of the game...
Can anybody help?

I think u were about to play ET again, u played it in the years between 2003-2008 came back 2010 for a lil bit now u have a macbook retina 2015 and installed bootcamp windows 8 on it, after u installed ET following the How to Play ET in 2015 Guide u can enter the game but the resolution is strange, it is showing u only half of the game like u would need a 2nd monitor to display the game, u already changed resolution but it didn't help u get a better view when u put the resolution in the menu in the mode of a widescreen, but there is is also missing a part of the game.

Your problem is windows 8 install windows XP .

it doesn't work on mac... but I think People are playing ET in win 8?

You must installed Windows in the computer. And after installed the game called return to castle wolfenstein enemy territory in the computer harddrive in the folder named c: and just doubleclick (not singleclick) on the game. The game is opening and you can play. Remember to download directx too

open your console and type the following commands:

seta r_mode -1
seta r_customheight <height>
seta r_customwidth <width>
