I hate UV-mod

I can't use the 'called' clear config and record cfg to erase all date (popups whatever). So I decided to record my frames in ETPRO ( Image-ET ), I hope anyone can help me out with this.

save as transparent .png
make alpha track in vegas where you import the popups

This, but use psd instead of png, it's higher quality and if you make a typo, you can quickly fix it in photoshop.
