Just rewatch the stream (the beginning is enough i guess) they explained how it worked etc, its a ladder for dirtybomb with banning mercs etc.

love the merc banning idea, though i'd rather just have banned entirely some mercs of use :;D tho havent played enough the game so i dont understand it entirely tactics wise

Yeah, i would love to see some mercs banned for life aswell, but thats not possible. But with this system SD can think about reworking some OP mercs ;)

and why so? dont think SD owns the leagues, as long as they are not supporting the leagues in some way

I thought about doing that(admin @ IML) but then SD would have the argument that "well that's just the admin decision we don't know if everyone feels like that". Now we're seeing a few mercs being banned every game which shows the problem a lot better :P. (i'm keep tracking of all the bans in IML matches, sparks redeye been first 2 bans in every game)
