By the way, I heard someone say there's something wrong with CGAC (a day or two ago). Anyone know anything about this?

I think a lot of people are active in this game's community, but just a fraction of them play actively. Am I wrong?

The CGAC server is broken atm. They are doing their best to solve the issue.
