awaiting connection

I need help please, I couldn't play public for 2 weeks, my hands are shaking...

I played on NBS, got 999 after a triple kill. Then the following message appears in the console after I try to reconnect with "awaiting connection:

failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com
failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com
failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com
failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com

things I've tried so far:
google it
New PB folder
New ETkey
Net_port net_restart

At first I thought it was a punkbuster matter, but I could connect on every other etpro/jaymod/whatever publics.
I'm going to die soon if I can't reconnect on NBS...

is it some kind of ban or something?

It has nothing to do with PB, and the "failed to resolve etguidauth.evenbalance.com" message can be ignored. Even Balance stopped supporting ET ages ago.

PB not even needed on #1 server.

If other servers are working well it seems to be an issue between you and the server, perhaps you should contact the admin?

Uninstall ET, delete all cheats..delete all folders after uninstalling ET.
Install game, cheats again..Welcome on NBS! You are alive :D
