keyboard issue multiple keys at the same time

hey folks,

as you might have seen already, I came back to gaming, I play on 13" Ultrabook so I bought some random_company's usb keyboard. I noticed that I can't use multiple keys at the same time while playing our beloved Enemy Territory. Especially when I want to run forward on sprint + jumping. So basically I can't press W + A/D + shift + space all at the same time, so strafing is impossible on this keyboard. It works normally on notebook's keyboard.

Has anyone faced this issue yet? Or heard anything about it? And know if there is any way to fix it or something, or I just need to buy another keyboard (hopefully it will work normal there :P) I tried to find a solution but failed, so I thought I would give a shot here.

This is a hardware limitation of your keyboard. Unfortunately, the only solution is that you must purchase a better keyboard that does not have this limitation. You should check on how many buttons at once keyboard supports, on the new one youre going to get (if you). Otherwise there is nothing you can do with any kind of software.

Oh I get it, thanks a lot for the reply :) well Since its kinda annoying to play ET on this little notebook keyboard, I will get a new one for sure :)

No to lipka, myślałem ze gdzies cos można pozmieniać i poustawiać moze :D no ale to nic bedzie trzeba jakas nowa załatwić :p dzieki bardzo!

Sounds like hardware issue. Just get a keyboard with a N-key rollover. It shouldn't be to expensive and it allows you to press up to 12 buttons simultaneous.
Or you can buy a fancy gaming keyboard, they usually cover this kind of problems.

tbh i prefer expensive razer/steelseries keyboards, even if they do brake in a month or so(usaly happens to me)
u got atleast a 3-5year warranty so u should be fine.
on a side note the logitech k-300 compact keyboard that i bought like 8years ago, still works perfectly,
the new razer blackwidow i bought, broke down after less then a month :D

so for a notebook like this a small keyboard that i recommended above should be more then good, iirc i paid 30€ for it years ago, so it should be like free now

masz w opisie klawiatury taką cechę jak antighosting, zwykle dodają do tego ile wciśnięć na raz można zarejestrować prawidłowo i których klawiszy to dotyczy (często robią antighosting właśnie tylko na WSAD i klawisze wokół), jak nie masz napisane nic o antighostingu to będziesz miał to samo co w tej.
