Gotta work till 5 pm, will hit the gym right after because it is leg day and you may never skip leg day. Got dinner with a beautiful Lithuanian girl at 8 pm and will go to a silent disco later that night.

100 grams oats, 400 ml milk, kiwi, blue berries and a 10 grams of whey mixed with water, cinnamon and raw cacao powder
Plans for the weekend?
We will be very lucky in NL this weekend, because it will be the hottest weekend ever for this time of the year with approximately 25 degrees. Will go to Kijkduin on Saturday during the day to catch Pokemon, evening is party time. Sunday I'll go to the beach and have a bbq later that evening.

Went to Ajax Amsterdam on Wednesday who played their best match of this year so far. Quite surprisingly with their second line up they won 5-0
