he joined nbs, started botting, got kicked after map changed, he kept reconnecting and pausing the game.
everyone left, he gets rekt by PB in 2k16 LMFAO

99,9% sure its that arcade guy or some of his buttbuddies who keeps being mad @ nbs. Maybe cuz bad? :D You should change the server to for example hirnlos/tot/hbc as he/they only come to nbs. :D

Anyways, there have been some rumours that nbs will shut down at the end of this year anyway so you maybe have to start looking for new server anyway. Not 100% sure though but im expecting an official announcement sooner or later.
