gpu upgrade ?

Eyo me again,

My lil bro asked me if he can upgrade his gpu so he can play some gucci nowadays games. He currently have a 8800 gts 512 alpha dog edition. What would be a good upgrade to that gpu ? And that it wont bottleneck with cpu. He has amd phenom 2 x4 955 black edition.

I was thinking of an gtx 460 ?

I'd say the CPU can handle up to a GTX 660

Just get an AMD RX 460 or 470. It'll be much more power efficient and while CPU benchmark depends entirely on the game, for the price neither would be too unreasonable.

Will corsair cx430 PSU be enough powerful to run GTX 560ti from Asus ?

yeah, the cpu + the gpu need about 320 max togheter, enough room for all the hard drives and shit
