New Public ETPro server - LAN event

Hi guys,
We're trying to set up a new Public ETPro server: rust.sectorone.eu:27961 in preparation to Frag-o-Matic (http://www.fom.be/) where we'll organize a fun 3v3 side event for the 1000 LAN attendees ( €500 value in products+-).
Feedback on the server, what maplist we'll want for the tournament ( would like to keep it classic as possible) and perhaps we'll want to have some good cfg's with all the tweaks and bits done for those who haven't played it in ages.
