Easiest/quickest way to scan demos?

Hey folks,
was thinking about checking my demos for some nice frags.
Werent there some useful programs to do that?
Werent there some problems with regard to watching older demos cause they had a different format? (2007 up)
Do I need to write down time stamps or will any program do that for me?
Ive no clue about that kind of stuff, just tell me pls :)

this only scans for headshots and sprees? What if I want to show some things like "sick defuses, doc returns".. etc?

You never asked for sick defuses and doc runs maksiom8
my app doesnt support scanning folders yet and if it ever will, it would be done client side, same way as media manager does
funny/sick staff can be found by searching for spam in chat, but you have to do that manually now, Im planning to do detection of chat spam later
