Windows 10 and ET mouse movement

Hello!

Just installed ET, but looks like small mouse movements won't be registered ingame, but works fine in other games and on desktop. Tried m_filter 0/1, Logitech G403.

Anyone had this problem before?
Help please, thanks.

Matchmaking sucks ass in that game. If you think it's fair to play against a 5hrs xp guy, there's a problem with you.
