I thought i was the only one. You actually have to go into your windows mouse settings, then the middle tab (pointer-options) and take out the first control box (something like better pointer-acceleration). It will feel super bad outside of ET, but inside it will be fine.

Windows 10 still seems weird for all people since when you try move your mouse really slow it doesn't move at all. Solution is rinput.

So you were trying your hands on some random pub you found, but it seems you have some weird mouse accel whenever you want to do a fast movement. Anyone has any idea what it could be? Got win10 and yes, cl_mouseaccel 0
