4rc4d3 is the biggest cheater I know, and he is even more than a simple cheater as he was able hack servers too like NBS where he was kicking people without even being on the serv before he makes the serv down for months

and Risk is one of the biggest cheater from these last year where he comes back all the time with quake pros nicks like av3k etc..
