Dark CFG

Well, it's the simple few settings

***r_mapbrightoverbright bits 1
***r_gamma 3
r_overbrightbits 0
r_intensity 0


The first two are the most important, gamma 3 takes out the color depth & mapoverbrightbits sets the general map to a darker tone while still being viable (or you can use 0 mapover & change your monitor/gpu brightness/contrast/gamma)
