Hosting BiO / goq public server?

Tried to play a bit for the last two days but it's a mess.
There only seem to be 2 ETPro public servers that are populated with players (Hirntot servers).
Both come with a... weird... set of maps (railgun, fueldump,...) and a size of 30 players.
I could host a 16 slot ETPro server with competition maps & configs only. Pretty much like BiO or goq back then.
Would anyone be interested in that? Or are the already tons of servers like that out there but no one uses them?
