Elysium Fall Cup: Qualifiers and Shortened Sign up Deadline

Due to the larger than anticipated amount of sign ups, we have decided to shorten the sign up period by 24 hours. This gives teams more time to prepare their strategy for their qualification match. All qualifiers are scheduled to Sunday evening, the 11th of October.

So far, we received 11 and 12 sign ups for the 3on3 and 6on6 format respectively.

Teams that need to play a qualification match have been informed by either Jere or myself. Keep in mind that players are allowed to play their qualifier at a different hour, but the match should start not later than Sunday, the 11th of October at 22:00 CET (21:00 GMT).

Rules 3on3 Qualifiers

At the moment of writing the following eight teams are expected to play a qualifier: CantPlay, kakkerlakkes, let's lean, thefinest, Two Rifles And An Engi, Divide ET impera rektem and dis que t'es te. This list is subject to change and is updated regularly.

• Date: Sunday, the 11th of Otctober
  
• Round 1: 18:30 CET
  
• Round 2: 19:00 CET
  
• Round 3: 19:30 CET
  

Four teams will battle it out in three rounds. Each round will be Best of Two. Every team gets to pick one map in each round, but they are not allowed to pick the same map in any of the rounds afterwards. A map victory gives two points to the winning team. A map draw gives one point to each team. The top two teams of each group that have the highest total amount of points by the end of all rounds are granted a place in the tournament. The 3rd place of both groups will play one final match to determine which teams is allowed to enter the tournament.

Rules 6on6 Qualifiers

At the moment of writing the following eight teams are expected to play a qualifier: #follow.et, Aimtastic, Divide ET impera, dot, kȧnkelberries, Momentum Gaming, uGc and Wheelchair. This list is subject to change and is updated regularly.

• Date: Sunday, the 11th of Otctober
  
• Time set: 20:30 CET
  

Eight teams will battle it out in one match only. This round will be Best of Five. Both teams get to eliminate one map from the map pool. Next, teams will coin toss to decide which team will first pick a map, consecutive maps are chosen based on which team is behind in score, or in case of a tie the team that did not pick the previous map is able to pick the following one.

Elysium Fall Cup: 6on6 Consolation Tournament

Due to the large amount of sign ups for the 6on6 format, we have decided that the four teams that are unable to qualify for the tournament get to play their own separate tournament. This tournament will follow more or less the same format as the main tournament, which means you will get to play a group and play off stage.
