captains

here is my question: are there any good in-game captains?
Since you as a captain has to mind every single detail of your team, give instructions and keep the team together and active.
Is it possible for anyplayer to do this?
is it possible to have good aim, teamplay, good coordination over your team and the ability to think quickly about a new position for one of your members, this is an interesting one... think about it...
