what would you do?

imagine this: Your ridding on a bike on a dijk(some kind of hill that is used as a water barrier) and you see someone falling of that dijk and your laughing at him and giving him the big L and then later on the police comes by your home and you get accused with attempt of damaging the body of someone that you pushed of a dijk.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO???
