New headset

After I broke another headset i deceided to buy a decent one this time, so I looked around and found the sennheiser PC140 for €42. Now i'd like to know if it is any good for gaming and also for watching movies with it.

And no i wont buy a PC160, too expensive and doubt difference will be that big.
