yo ladies and gentleman

I am in need of some Sony Vegas tutorials that explain how to make animated intro(like cubes spining or stuff), I googled my ass off, but only got results where they require paying to view tut.

So if anyone knows of some free tutorial, I would be evermore gratefull.
