G-Lined op IrC

Hello guys
I Got a very big problem 2 days ago i was on IrC,but then in a instant moment i was kicked and banned!
REASON: G-lined! Now the problem is that i can't get on any server anymore atleast not on quakenet!The First thing i did was resetting my router! But that didn't help so if plz some1 Could offer me some help,i would appreciate it but it seems to be in 2 ways because my brother is banned too also G-lined!
So Help!!!!!
