Changed some minor things, like added the http:// (thanks Fusen + Ronner!)downloads, warmup settings changed and the xp upgrades removed. Also pronedelay is added, and maprotation is updated (Thanks Ronner!)

With this public we will host the most common competition maps, and also the maps that have potential for the future, like adlernest. I have removed Cathedral since that map is raping and stuff on publics.
