Icemat 2nd vs Qpad -________-

Hi. I would be greatfull for opinions from ppl who made this change (ice -> Qpad and revers).Which is better,and why.

I haven't seen any good articles yet(made by gamers)
putting those two in front and comparing. Btw my mouse is razer DB .
