Config problems?

Hi dudes! Since i start using my new cfg, made by myself, i started having some problems (just when im whatching ettv or demos).
I think that is cause i must have some wrong comand at my cfg, cause with a cfg with identic grafics i have mutch more
fps and less brakes.
Can anyone help me pls?!
