Window Blinds

I have got invader alien ware skin (looks neat)
Well anyways i have to use shity ass window blinds to open it :s
Is there any ways to use the skin without useing window blinds running in the back or sum shit

ps tryed putting it in windows/resources/themes but no luck :(
