NNscript update for mirc 6.17

nnscript 4.02 has finally been released so you can now use nnscript with the latest mirc 6.17 without having crazy bugs n stuff

Important note:
You need mIRC 6.17 for the new version, so if you are updating NoNameScript from 4.01 to 4.02, you need to update mIRC first.
To update mIRC, just download mirc617.exe and install it into your NoNameScript directory. Make sure "Keep current mIRC settings" is checked, or the update will fail.
