how to fix neg. accel

today I realised that I play since a few days with neg. accel and its sucks hard.
i use a DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D and 400dpi MS Intelli Explorer 3 with Intellipoint 4.1 software since ages, but on monday it changed magicly..
i didnt install or deinstall any progs!
any ideas how to fix it?
"edit": maybe without any software tools, they werent necessary before, so I dont want to use them.
