Good Afternoon Xfire'rs!
Hello from the 5th floor of the TimeWarner building in the intel duo zone. The GGL transatlantic finals are well and truely under way. I saw on esr that Nellie said the streams were good, so i'm a happy bunny!
I unfortunately am yet to really experience New York as a combination of the time taken being at the event, and then the fact right now I'm drained 24/7 just so tired for whatever reason, so I'm yet to get some tourism shit done. However, the Timewarner building is on one side of central park so I've seen that, plus during the ride in we saw some great and famous views of times square and so on.
There literally is a starbucks on every corner, which is pretty interesting. I had never had a subway before this trip, but I was so desperate for a good tea that I went in and got myself a nice english breakfast tea, so I can say I've experienced Starbucks in its home! (sorta)
