bad pool header

after a reboot my pc gets a blue screen which i can hardly read cause of the fast reboot that follows i recognized the following error : BAD POOL HEADER and error of 0x000000C2 something like that

what can be the causes RAM or GPU
i will format if their is nobody that has any suggestions
