Logitech G5 settings

I recently switched to a G5 from an MX310. I like the mouse but I'm having difficulty finding good settings for it. To those who own this mouse, what kind of settings do you use for ET? Specifically which combo of r_mode, cg_fov, r_displayrefresh, DPI, and sensitivity do you use that works well for you? Thanks
