If it wasn't done already, I think it would be interesting to run a poll on whether your clan uses TS2 or Ventrilo. I'm getting the impression that less and less teams are willing to use TS2 and that's very bad news for us Linuxers. :( The Ventrilo guys still put "in development" for the Linux client, but I'm not very optimistic that it will ever appear.

I wonder why there is no open source tool to fill the gap yet. Maybe certain required technologies are not compatible with any free license. I don't know if there is any open source codec that would be suitable for this task. Maybe I should really look into it, it can't be _that_ hard...
