EC wants / only or not at all ? :O

I saw there many clans rating themselves 8/9/10 who haven't checked the little case about EC. If i remember well, SoF missed a qualifier 2 seasons ago cause they didn't check it (they wanted it or not, it's not my point here) and it would be fun to see some teams not in EC only because of that ...
