Clan module

I thought that the clan module was going to be a module for all users, so that you could register your clan and let your clanmates join that specific clan. Another thing would be that the clan tag would be represented infront or behind your nickname when ever you commented on something.
And finally Xfire should hire match-admins, to add matches to these clans, matches of course beeing all official ones. I know this sounds a bit over the edge, but it would be a nice look-up tool for admins of larger competitions. It might sound a bit crazy to have people adding matches to a clan, but my idea is that people turn in the results themselves (like the old RTCW.no system), and then the match-admins should just confirm the results.
Can anyone confirm or deny that these things are beeing developed? :)
