How to rip Tool-10000 days

hi folks. Just picked up my copy of the newest Tool release - it's - as if you could imagine - awesome.
but there's one bad remark included. There's a really fucked up copy protection... can't avoid it n stff. Thou my PC is the only device for playing music it has to be ripped! And I want it to be a nice flac file which means I need the wavs from the ripping process. EAC does not work, neither do plextools. That's some kind of really nasty CP.
