Does TFT Response time affect gameplay in ET?

Im looking to buy a new TFT (has to be TFT small desk) they vary from 2ms to 30 ms.

So would you notice the difference between 30 and 2 in general gameplay like shooting etc?

my old TFT is 30ms :O
