NL Provincie Cup

In NL there will come a Province Cup, like there was a Federations cup for Germany. It will be hosted by Skyelf & Ey0n. The cup will be hosted on ClanBase with the CB system and will probably start after the OC Group phase.

Of course, for every Province we need captains, you can vote for your own captain soon. But, for every province we also need to know which players life where.
