Strange

This was a pb screen taken on our server, we know that bar is not the bar of a teammate so we dont know what to think of this screenie.

I know an editted healthbar ( if it is that ) is not a cheat, but maybe it shows that he has some other external shit running, because, why would anyone only change their healthbar?
