Sound problem

A couple of days ago suddenly my sound got less loud , this is a problem for me because my ventrilo & teamspeak & ET are to quiet and i cna't hear it very well .

Windows Volume is still @ max like before


Help me

if noone knows the solution , then maybe someone knows a program wich can boost ur volume ?
