Server cheats.logs

On the game servers in etpro folder there are cheat logs for all configs. 3v3_cheats.log and 6v6_cheats.log.

My question is: how reliable information that is if a player's name is on that log?
Afaik there should be player's name if his gfx is fixed from normal ET, and our server log got names like razz and others that I know have used rivatuner. But also some ppl that I didn't know before. But is it sure they got some gfx or other hax if their name is on that list?
