fdnl -> cheater server..

hi guys..

i think the fdnl server is going to be a cheater server.. at the moment, quite every evening there are 2 cheaters or something.. they have fast nickchanger, aimbot, wallhack etc..

the fdnl admins are pleased to set maximum nickchange to 1..
